How winners will be decided

This contest will be judged by me, , , and
Unlike most other art contests, this contest is not about how skilled or pretty your submission is. All entries will be judged based on impact. By impact I mean how inspirational and motivational your entry is. Does it make everyone who saw it want to go green? Impact is also based on the number of people who saw it. Even if you have created a great inspirational piece of art, it's impact will be small if it only has a few views.

Thus the key to winning this contest is to be witty. You must be creative with your art so that it's inspirational, but also smart in spreading your work around so people will notice it. I will help with the second requirement by posting all entries in my journal. I will update the entries journal whenever there is ten new entries or once a week if there's not enough. However, you must also advertise yourself.

For example, if your entry is a video, you can also post it on Youtube and other sites. The goal is to get as many views as possible in as many places as possible. Be sure to link all those other sites to your dA entry or the judges won't know about it.

Before anyone complains about how the popular artists will have an advantage, remember impact is also how creative the work is, not just how many views. A pretty entry can have a lot of views but not be very motivational so the impact will still be small.

Entries can be in any medium or format, that includes drawing, animation, sculpture, video, writing, music, etc. Collaboration is fine and there is no limit on the number of entries per person so you can enter as many times as you want. The subject can be about the consequences of our degrading environment, the joy of planting a tree or rehabilitating an endangered species, etc. Basically anything that can convey the need for us to go green and motivate others to do so. Also remember to HAVE FUN!!!

How to enter

IMPORTANT: Do not send the entries to me! Please note all entries to with the title "Contest entry".

I'm very busy with college and don't have the time to sort and organize the entries. Not to sound arrogant but I also get a lot of notes already, and sometimes I tend to miss some notes so your entry might get lost if you send them to me. The kind club owners have agreed to help me with the contest by taking in the entries They will send the entry list to me and I will post them on my journal. But if you have any questions about the contest, feel free to note me.

All entries must be created after this journal at 12 AM September 7th. Contest ends at 11:59 PM November 10th so all entries must be submitted by then. I might extend the contest if needed.
